KEELER MOUNTAIN LOOKOUT
First used in 1924 with a 50' platform tower and accompanying log cabin (still there), this was followed up by a 50' pole tower with L-4 cab in 1934. The present 53' treated timber tower with R-6 flat cab was built in 1963, and is available for emergencies. The access road is closed off for grizzly bear habitat.
