LITTLE SNOWY TOP LOOKOUT
R.I.P. 1930-2016
This 1930 L-4 cab was the only remaining example of its type in the Priest Lake area. It escaped being destroyed in the 1960's due to its remote location and questions of ownership, as it had been staffed by the Sullivan Lake Ranger District, as part of their administration of a small corner of the Priest Lake district. The cabin had been repaired in recent years and was open to public use. Listed on the National Historic Lookout Register, the cabin burned to the ground on September 3, 2016.
