HIGH CAMP LOOKOUT
R.I.P. 1951-2001
Established with a tree crow's nest in 1914, a 90' treated timber L-4 tower, along with ground cabin living quarters, were built in 1951. Staffed into the 1980's, the lookout was condemned. Parts were salvaged from the cab by the Oregon FFLA; the superstructure was too rotten to salvage, and was laid to rest in 2001.
