Developed in 1932 with a 130' crow's nest tree platform 1/2 mile northwest, this 100' steel Aermotor tower, built about 1936, was abandoned in 1967. There were also L-4 cab living quarters on the site, and another crow's nest 1 mile southwest. The tower came down in 1978.
