GRIZZLY MOUNTAIN LOOKOUT
R.I.P. 1914-1929; 1929-?
Built in 1914, this 12x12' stone and frame cabin was the first lookout established on the Coeur d'Alene National Forest. It was later replaced with a cupola cabin in 1929. There are still four crow's nest tree platforms along the ridgetop.
