GRAVE PEAK LOOKOUT
Located in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness, this D-6 cupola cabin, built in 1923, was last used in the 1960's. Falling into disrepair, shutters used to cover the windows began to disappear, causing rain and snow to enter the building. Materials for new shutters were donated in 1998, and volunteers worked to make new ones. More restoration work has been ongoing. It is listed on the National Historic Lookout Register.
