Established in 1926 with a log cabin atop Blacktail Butte, 3 platform towers followed in 1930. Then a 30' pole L-4 tower was constructed atop Frisco Peak 1 mile to the west in 1941. Last staffed in 1954, it was destroyed in 1957. |
